Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Electrician (33 kV Licensed):
  • ITI in Electrician Trade OR Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics from a recognized institution.
  • Possession of a valid competency / authorization / electrical licence applicable for supervision and operation of electrical installations up to and including 33 kV.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of HT electrical systems / substations.

Employment Nature & Job Security Clarification

This recruitment is on a contractual / outsourcing basis. The post is not a permanent sanctioned government position. Selected candidates will not be entitled to lifetime pension, provident fund benefits, or regular government job security associated with permanent central or state cadre appointments. The engagement is purely contractual and co-terminus with the project or institutional requirement.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Scrutiny of Applications: All received applications will be screened for completeness and eligibility.
2. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualification, relevant experience, and possession of valid 33 kV electrical licence.
3. Technical / Skill Assessment: A technical or skill-based assessment may be conducted wherever deemed necessary by the selection committee.
4. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear before a duly constituted Selection Committee.
5. Document Verification: Final engagement is subject to verification of all original educational qualifications, experience certificates, and valid electrical licence / authorization at the time of joining.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview or assessment.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Duly filled bio-data / application with complete personal details, educational qualifications, and experience.
• Self-attested copies of ITI Certificate (Electrician Trade) or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics.
• Self-attested copy of valid 33 kV electrical licence / competency / authorization certificate.
• Experience certificates on official letterhead demonstrating minimum 5 years of relevant HT electrical work.
• Two recent passport-size colour photographs.
• Valid Government-issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card).
• Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
