Resident Medical Doctor

Number of Vacancy: 1 Posts

Educational Qualification: MBBS, MS/MD

IIMC invites applications for the below mentioned position:

1. Position: Resident Medical Doctor (RMD) – on contract

2. No. of Post: 01(One)

3. Minimum & Professional Qualification: MBBS. Preference will be given to candidates with MD in medicine.

4. Experience: 10(Ten) years of professional experience in medicine.

5. Job Responsibilities:

a. It is mandatory for the RMD to stay in the Institute’s accommodation inside the campus and be available for consultation in the morning and evening hours as governed by specific timings. Along with this RMD must be available on call as and when required.

b. RMD’s duty is to attend the students, residents, programme participants etc. at all times as and when required.

c. RMD will be required to perform administrative duties related to the Medical unit as required.

d. RMD will be required to perform any duty related to medical as required by the Institute

6. Emoluments:

The compensation will be commensurated with qualification and experience of the candidate and will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. Other benefits including medical reimbursement, medical insurance etc. will be as per the Institute’s policy. The salary will be revised annually based on performance.

7. Tenure: 03(Three) years on contract. The contract may be extended further based on satisfactory performance and the Institute’s requirement.
