Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.
• Desirable: MBA in any discipline.

2. Experience (Crucial)

• Total Experience: Minimum 15 years of Post-Qualification working experience.
• Specific Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in Land Acquisition for Rail and Road based projects. This must include at least 2 years in foreign-funded projects (Experience in Social Impact Assessment, Resettlement Action Plan-RAP, and Income Restoration Plan is required).

3. Current Employment Status (As on 28/02/2026)

• IDA Employees: Must be working in at least E-5 grade (Scale: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000).
• CDA Employees: Must be working in at least Level-11 of the 7th CPC.
• Private Sector Employees: Must be drawing a compensation of more than Rs. 23,00,000/- per annum.

4. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 52 Years (As on 28th February 2026).
• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxations by 5 years for candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir who were domiciled between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989.

5. Medical Standards

Candidates must be medically fit as per the directives of the company.

• Visual Standards (Executive/Non-Technical): Distant Vision: 6/9-6/12 (with/without glasses), Near Vision: JI-JII (with/without glasses).
• Note: Lasik surgery or radial keratotomy is not permitted.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Presentation: Shortlisted candidates must make a presentation on jobs handled and experience.
2. Interview: Personal Interview.
3. Medical Examination: Appointment is subject to medical fitness.
