Program Executive, Incubation Manager

Educational Qualification:
Incubation Manager:
Postgraduate in any discipline/ Engineering Graduates
Proven expertise in managing incubators or innovation-driven initiatives.
Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and networking.
Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Program Executive - Marketing:
Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing, business administration, engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the startup or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
Strong communication, branding, and event management skills.

Program Executive - Fundraising:
Graduate/Postgraduate in business, engineering, non-profit management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development, preferably in non-profit or start-up ecosystems.
Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, government grants, and other funding sources is desirable.
