Educational Qualification: MSW Degree (preferably with specialization in community development) Additional Qualification: Adequate knowledge about rural environments and NGOs in and around Kerala Ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of Local Self Government Institutions (Panchayats) and NGOs. Good English, Malayalam & Hindi communication. Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage.
Experience: Minimum one year experience in community development projects/NGOs/CSR projects desirable.

With its roots dating back to 1997, the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, started with a batch of 42 students but has grown tremendously over the years with a current batch strength of 356 odd students, making it the fastest growing management school in the country.
