Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited for the post of Program Executive, Executive Education

1. Position: Program Executive, Executive Education

2. Key internal & external stakeholders: Programs Committee, program faculty, program participants, and corporates

3. Key responsibilities: Planning and complete execution of short/ long duration executive education programs, (online and on-campus) Any other institutional responsibilities assigned

4. Educational Qualification: Postgraduate/ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institute, or equivalent

5. Min experience required: Approx. 3 years in roles requiring customer/ corporate interface; and/or experience in managing operations (Experience in hospitality / education/ training/ sector is desirable, but not cumpulsory)

6. Technical competencies required: Oral and written communication Relationship management Proficiency in use of computers

7. Contract period: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years, renewable thereafter based on performance

8. Expected CTC: In line with the industry norms and will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates
