Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad Requires Executive Accounts 1. Post Name: Executive Account 2. Job Description: a. Payment & accounting of vendor invoices keeping TDS & GST compliance in mind 3. Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: a. The candidate should be B. Com. from any recognized university. 4. Job Location: Ahmedabad 5. This position will be on Third Party Payroll.
b. Creating customer invoices & monitoring incoming payments
c. Processing of reimbursements of staff & faculty
d. Travel allowance bill processing for faculty /staff
e. Advance payment for expenses and timely settlement of the same
f. Maintenance of records for deposits received/paid to /from vendor/customer
g. MIS as and when required
h. Any other job assigned time to time
b. Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is essential.
c. The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal).
d. Minimum 2 years of work experience in Accounts.
e. Experience of working in SAP ERP is preferred.
f. Working knowledge of GST and TDS is necessary
