Eligibility Criteria for Academic Associate

• Essential Qualification: Candidates are required to hold a Master's degree in Management or Social Sciences or Statistics or Economics or Mathematics or Engineering or Science. Candidates with a Four-year Undergraduate program with distinction from well-rated academic institutions are also eligible to apply, provided the degree was earned in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• Essential Skills: Comfortable with and willing to learn quantitative research methods and research software; excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to accuracy.
• Desirable: Familiarity with relevant computer skills is a plus, such as Data scraping using R or Python, Statistical analysis using STATA, and Automating basic tasks using AI tools and agents.
• Experience: Project experience – Reports of coding or data-analysis project, research assistantship, summer internship, etc.
