Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Manager (International Accreditation and Rankings-IA&R)

• Essential: MBA or equivalent degree with 60% marks; 5 years relevant experience (min 2 years in managerial capacity); worked in admin departments of internationally accredited institutions (AMBA, AACSB, EQUIS) for min 2 years.
• Desirable: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (International Accreditation and Rankings-IA&R)

• Essential: Postgraduate degree with 60% marks; 2-3 years relevant experience; worked in admin departments of internationally accredited institutions.
• Desirable: Demonstrable writing/editing skills, multi-tasking, networking skills, MS Office knowledge.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Management Development Programmes-MDP)

• Essential: Post-graduation with 60% marks; min 3 years experience at Dy Manager level.
• Desirable: Excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, ability to handle maintenance, analytical skills, client-centric mindset, flexibility. B-Tech & MBA with 5+ years experience preferred.

Eligibility for Deputy Manager (Corporate Communications & Media Relations-CCMR)

• Essential: Postgraduate with 60% marks; 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Desirable: Working experience with IIMs/IITs/NITs preferred.

Eligibility for Assistant Horticulture Officer

• Essential: Bachelor's in Horticulture/Agriculture with 5 years experience OR Post Graduate in Horticulture/Agriculture with 3 years experience in horticulture operations/landscape maintenance.
• Desirable: Experience in farm management (Govt org), certification courses in horticulture/floriculture.

Eligibility for Assistant Manager (MDP)

• Essential: Post-graduation with 60% marks; min 2 years experience at Assistant Manager level.
• Desirable: Experience in executive education marketing/L&D, excellent communication, networking skills, knowledge of L&D requirements, MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Eligibility for Assistant Manager (Human Resources-HR)

• Essential: Postgraduate with 60% marks; min 3 years experience (preferred in establishment matters/CCS rules).

Eligibility for Assistant Manager (Law & Liaison)

• Essential: Postgraduate in Law with 60% marks; min 3-5 years experience in legal matters in academic institutions/govt orgs; hands-on experience in drafting/vetting, service matters, coordination with advocates.
• Desirable: Experience in IIMs/IITs/NITs/CFTIs.

Eligibility for Junior Manager (Website Front-End Developer)

• Essential: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with 60% marks; min 1-2 years experience.
• Other Requirements: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue, CMS integration, AI/ML APIs, SEO, Git/CI/CD workflows.

• Other Requirements: CCNA & CCNP certification (valid as on date), knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, subnetting, network monitoring, firewall management, cloud networking. CCNP Security/CCIE added advantage.

Eligibility for Junior Manager (Systems & Endpoint Engineer, Server, Data Center & Device Management)

• Essential: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with 60% marks; min 1-2 years experience.
• Other Requirements: Hands-on experience in server/data center/endpoint management, Windows/Linux admin, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, MDM/UEM, endpoint security, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python). Certifications: Microsoft/VMware/CompTIA/CCNA Data Center/RHCSA/ITIL 4.

Eligibility for Junior Manager (Corporate Relations)

• Essential: Graduation with 60% marks; 1-2 years experience in corporate relations/business development.
• Desirable: Strong communication/networking skills, MS Office, event management experience.

Eligibility for Junior Manager (Finance)

• Essential: CA/CMA OR Graduation with 60% marks; min 3 years relevant experience.
• Desirable: Excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite/ERP Tally.

Eligibility for Junior Manager (Civil Engineering) for Project Division

• Essential: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 60% marks; min 3-5 years experience in civil maintenance/construction (min Junior Engineer level).
• Desirable: Exposure to Govt workings, GFR/CPWD manual, maintenance/new construction works, MS Office.

Salary/Stipend

Consolidated monthly emoluments including HRA as specified against each post (ranging from ₹67,080/- to ₹1,02,620/-). Refer to the vacancy table for details.
