Eligibility Criteria for Senior Research Associate / Research Associate

• Essential Qualification:
  • The candidate must possess a Ph.D. in Management or relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise.
  • An excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for research-oriented roles.
  • Preference shall be given to candidates who have demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers employing quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
  • At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed journal (national or international), reflecting the ability to conduct independent research, apply appropriate methodologies, and contribute to scholarly knowledge.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in primary/field data collection and analysis, as well as in publishing research papers.
  • Expertise in quantitative methods and/or qualitative research approaches.
  • Proficiency in STATA/R and/or Atlas.ti/NVivo.

Salary / Stipend

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, depending on qualifications and experience. HRA will be paid as per applicable norms.
