Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.
Experience:
Minimum 20 years of experience in planning, execution, supervision, maintenance, and project management of civil construction works in Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government Autonomous Bodies or large Private organizations. The candidate should have worked at the equivalent level of Executive Engineer/Superintending Engineer, or an equivalent cadre in Pay Level 11/12 or above at the time of retirement.
Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS-Project, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
- Sound knowledge of CPWD/PWD norms, contract management, tendering procedures, and relevant statutory regulations.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical solutions.
Salary:
Rs. 1,80,000/- per month (All inclusive).
Age Limit: Maximum 60 Years.
Selection Procedure:
Shortlisting of candidates (based on higher qualifications and/or relevant experience).
Interview (may be conducted online, offline, or in multiple phases).
