The candidate should have worked at the equivalent level of Executive Engineer/Superintending Engineer, or an equivalent cadre in Pay Level 11/12 or above at the time of retirement.

  • Sound knowledge of CPWD/PWD norms, contract management, tendering procedures, and relevant statutory regulations.
