Applications from lndian nationals are invited for Project Appointment under the following project. Appointment shall be on contractual basis with consolidated pay, renewable yearly or upto the duration of the project, whichever is earlier

1. Position: Jr.Reserch Fellow (1)

2. Project Name: Experimental investigations on a hybrid ECR-RF plasma source for applications (RP04275G)

3. Department : Department of Energy Scinece and Engineering

4. Duration: Upto:07/03/2025

5. Consolidated fellowship/ Pay-slab: Rs.31,000.plus HRA @ 24%

6. Qualifications:

a. Post Graduate Degree in Physics or Allied Branch having at least 60% marks in qualifying degree and has qualified a National Eligibility Test [UGC NET. including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE-].

b. Some Desirable knowledge: Mechanical Drawing concepts, Computational programming languages such as MATLAB, MATHEMATICA, C, C++, Knowledge of software such as ORlGlN, LABVIEW, etc.

c. Salient JRF activities in this project: Helping in developing the hybrid ECRRF experimental system, develop-fabricate-utilize plasma probes for characterizing the hybrid ECR-RF plasma, conducting experiments and analyzing experimental data.

d. The requirement of qualifying NET/GATE examination for the selection to the post of JRF/SRF may be relaxed for the candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical lnstitutes (CFTls) with a CGPA of more than 8.000 (80% aqqreoate marks)
