Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Research Associate
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the Physics / Electrical Engineering.
- Essential Experience: Hands-on work in THz spectroscopy and imaging/Ultrafast optics (will be judged from papers and PhD thesis work) AND excellent English Communication skills. Familiarity with LABVIEW/Python for data acquisition and remote control of instruments is also required.
- Desirable: CAD Modeling and 3D Printing experience.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Walk-in test / interview.

- Candidates of Indian nationality are invited to appear for the Walk-in test / interview.
- Appointment shall be on contractual basis on consolidated pay renewable yearly or upto the duration of the project, whichever is earlier.
- Bring formal application on Form No. IRD/REC-4 downloaded from http://ird.iitd.ac.in/rec.
- Bring complete information regarding educational qualifications indicating percentage of marks of each examination passed, details of work experience and a recent passport size photograph, along with original certificates (both academic & professional) for verification.
- Report by 03.20 p.m. on 02 February 2026 at the venue.
