Educational Qualification
Essential:
- Master’s degree in an appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognized university with at least 55% marks OR
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology with at least 55% marks.
Experience
- For Master’s: At least 15 years relevant experience with 03 years as Superintending Engineer (Grade Pay Rs. 8700) or equivalent.
- For Bachelor’s: At least 18 years relevant experience with 03 years as Superintending Engineer (Grade Pay Rs. 8700) or equivalent.
Desirable
- Experience in coordination & supervision of Civil/Electrical/HVAC works in PWD.
- Knowledge of Estate matters & Public Premises Act.
- Experience in CAD and construction management software.

Salary & Benefits
The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Matrix Level 14 as per 7th CPC (approx. Rs. 1,44,200 - Rs. 2,18,200 per month) plus usual allowances as per IIT Delhi rules. This is a deputation post with initial tenure of 02 years, extendable up to 05 years or superannuation.
