Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Consultant (Type-III): Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:
  • 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA grading, along with 6 years of post-diploma experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • OR B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA grading, along with 3 years of post-degree experience. Candidates holding an integrated M.Tech./M.E. degree in Electrical Engineering are also eligible.
• Age Limit: Below 40 years as on the cut-off date of 29 October 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Applications received within the due date will be shortlisted by a Selection Committee based on qualifications, experience, and domain knowledge.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview. The interview date and venue will be intimated separately through email.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
• Immediate joinees will be preferred during the final selection.

The consolidated monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, commensurate with domain knowledge, skills, and experience. The remuneration shall not exceed 20% higher than the amount received in any previous engagement. An annual increment of 3% to 10% may be granted after one year, subject to performance review.
