Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification (All Posts)
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences field is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in a related biological science is preferred.
Experience & Skills (Specific to Post)
- Executive: Minimum 1 year of experience required. Proficient in MS Excel or lab data management systems; understanding of BSL-2 safety protocols.
- Associate: Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in incubation. Proficient in MS Excel or lab data management systems; understanding of BSL-2 safety protocols.
- Sr. Associate: Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in incubation. Proficient in MS Excel or lab data management systems; understanding of BSL-2 safety protocols.
- Soft Skills: Strong observational skills, clear communication, organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
