Educational Qualification
- Essential: PG degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Additive Manufacturing or equivalent, OR
- PhD or equivalent (Higher degree preferred)
- Desirable: MBA candidates with relevant domain expertise
Experience
- For Senior Consultant/Senior Project Coordinator: 10 years (PhD) or 15 years (Masters)
- For Lead Scientist: 5 years (PhD) or 10 years (Masters)
- At least 2-3 years of managerial or equivalent experience in translational research to product development in industry or similar
Age Limit
Upper age limit: 55 years (relaxation as per GoI norms)
Salary & Benefits
Consolidated pay-slab of Rs. 1,00,000 - 1,50,000 per month based on experience, performance, etc. The appointment is temporary for one year, extendable based on performance and project duration. This is a 7th CPC aligned remuneration for project staff.
