Applications are invited from Indian nationals only for project position(s) as per the details given below for the consultancy/research project(s) under the Prof Arun Kumar, Principal investigator, Department of Hydro and Renewable Energy, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

1. Title of project: MNE- Equipment-Replacement Funds

2. Sponsor of the project: Different projects

3. Project position(s) and number: Project Associate (Instrumentation) - 1 no.

4. Qualifications: B.Tech. with specialization in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering having minimum 5 year experience in the field testing of hydropower stations.

i. Experience need to be multi - tasking in selecting and maintaining portable electronic equipment for field measurement and writing reports, travel to small hydro project sites in remote areas and coordinating team of personnel at different level and with different agencies.

5. Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- to 60,000/- + HRA

6. Duration: 1 year

7. Job description:

Organizing and Participation in the performance testing at small hydro power projects located in different remote areas of the country along with portable electronic equipment for field measurement and writing reports, collection of data, monitoring and report preparation, participation in the meetings and discussion etc., coordinating team of personnel at different level and with different agencies
