Educational Qualification: Diploma

Applications are invited from lndian nationals orderly for project position(s) as per the details given below for the consultancy/research project(s) under the Principal investigator (Name: Prof. Rajat Agarwal.), Dept./Dean SRIC Office, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

1. Title of project: SRIC Development Fund

2. Sponsor of the project: Dean SRIC

3. Duration: One Year

4. Project Positions: Project Assistant (Tech.)

5. No. of Position: 01

6. Minimum Qualification/ Experience: Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)

7. Experience: 01 year Knowledge of operating lathe. milling, drilling,, shaper with decent knowledge of carpentry tools,

8. Job Descriptions: Machine handling, assistance and training to stakeholders, issuing consumables to students, store maintenance, administrative duties dispatch, miscellaneous tasks assigned by the coordinator.

9. Monthly emolument (Rs.): 15000/- to 45000/- + HRA

15000 - 45000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview

1. Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intend to apply.

i. Application in a plain paper with detailed CV including chronological discipline of degree/cerrificates obtained

ii. Details of work done and experience, especially relevant to the position applied for.

iii. Attested copies of degree/certificate and experience cerlificate.

2. Candidate shall bring along with thern the original degree(s)/certificate(s) and experience certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification.

3. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.

4. Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview

5. The interview will be held at Tinkering Laboratory on 30.12.2021 at 11.00 AM (to be given only for walk in interview)
