Application is invited for the post of Research Assistant (one position, fixed amount of Rs. 17600 p.m. consolidated) in a ICHR sponsored project entitled "History, Socio-cultural Features and Religious Traditions of Chety Community in Wayanad, Kerala", sanctioned up to 10 months. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project and may terminated without any prior notice. 1. Post Name: Research Assistant 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Essential qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Tourism Management (minimum 55% marks) from an educational institution duly approved by University Grants Commission. 4. Desirable Qualifications: UGC-JRF/NET in the concerned subject. Good knowledge of the project area and its history. Proficiency in in Malayalam/Tamil and English. Working knowledge of computer applications and qualitative data analysis.

The short-listed candidates will be informed called for interview by email. Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
