IIT Dharwad is an Institute of National Importance created by an Act of Parliament in 2016. To cater to the Institute’s temporary requirement in the Computing and Communication Services Section (CCS), IIT Dharwad intends to hold an On-Campus Selection Process for the following temporary position

1. Position: Intern

2. Number of Positions: 2

3. Essential Qualification: B.Sc / B.C.A. / B.Tech / M.C.A If B.Sc./B.Tech., Degree in Computer Science is preferable. (Those graduating in summer 2022 may apply as well)

4. Desirable Experience:

(i) Linux system administration,

(ii) configuring and maintaining servers: DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, web, storage, application, software license, among others,

(iii) configuring and troubleshooting network issues -- both wired and wireless. (see duty list below)

5. Consolidated Emoluments: 15,000 per month

6. Tenure of appointment: The appointment for the above contractual position will be initially for 03 (three) months, which can be further extended subject to satisfactory performance and requirement in the Institute.
