Salary: Technical Officer: Pay Level 10. Junior Technical Superintendent: Pay Level 6 (as per 7th CPC). Benefits include Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and Transport Allowance.

- For Pay Level 6 (JTS): Written Test I (compulsory) and Written Test II (at discretion). Final selection based on aggregate marks with weightage of 20-40% (Test I) and 80-60% (Test II).
- For Pay Level 10 (TO): Written Test/Other evaluation (qualifying in nature) followed by Interview. Final selection based on interview performance.
