Eligibility for Research Associate I
- Essential Qualification: A PhD in physics with a specialization in gravitational physics. Candidates who have submitted their dissertations are also eligible to apply.
- Experience: Experience in studying geodesics, analyzing black hole shadows, and related topics is highly preferred. A solid background in the computational and numerical methods used in general relativity and black hole physics is desired.
- Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of Mathematica/Python (or any suitable programming language) for mathematical calculations. Good communication and writing skills. Independent-minded and capable of driving research into uncharted territory.
Salary / Stipend
Remuneration: 58,000 INR monthly (+ HRA). Duration: Two-year appointment.
