Eligibility Criteria for IIT Hyderabad Assistant Engineer

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
• Marks: At least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (First Class as defined by the awarding Institute).

2. Experience

• Minimum 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience must be from CPWD/State PWD, Centrally/State funded Institutions, PSUs, Statutory/Autonomous Organisations, Universities, or reputed private firms under Central/State Govt.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 years.
• Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per GoI rules.
• Cut-off Date: 29th April 2026.

4. Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ETAP, Construction Management software.
• Experience in Electrical Power Distribution, O&M of Substations, HVAC Maintenance, SCADA & BMS Automation.
