Applications are invited from the citizen of India for filling up the following temporary position in the Sponsored Research Project at this Institute. The position is purely temporary, initially for a period of 01 Year, and extendable but co-terminus with the duration of the project, on contractual basis with consolidated pay. The requisite qualification, experience and others details are given below:

3. Name of the Project: Investigator Associate Dean (R&D)

4. Duration for initial appointment: 01 Year

5. Name of the Post: R&D Attendant

6. Post: 01

7. Consolidate Pay: 19900 – 21300 – 22700 – 24500 –26300 – 28100 plus HRA (As per institute norms)

8. Minimum Qualification and Experience Eligibility: 12th class (10+2) Passed.

9. Desirable Qualification: Experience and having knowledge of Offices

10. Job Description:

a. Knowledge of office procedure.

b. Inward Outward entry and DAK management

c. Arranging the files in an organized manner.

d. The Project Attendant would have to pass various documents in various departments. 

e. Ensuring the official have all the necessary needs at their desk.

f. Having the incoming documents/letter entries for other official centres. 

g. Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents.

h. Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments.

i. Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents.

j. Any other office work
