Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 1st class or equivalent OR Masters degree in other than Engineering such as Arts/Science/etc with a minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point.
Experience: 8-10 years of working experience and at least a few years of experience in the domain of leadership and related domains. 2. Person should have capabilities to -work and liaison with students and/or corporate -handle career development processes at any organization -handling large projects with multiple organizations -working experience in the Personnel & HR department of any reputed organization.
