• Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
  • Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR
  • Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in a Professional Course
  • Candidate must have qualified through CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship/Assistant Professorship), GATE, or any equivalent national-level examination conducted by Central Government departments and their agencies such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.
  • Minimum two years of research experience is mandatory

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for the Senior Research Fellow position at IIT Kharagpur will be carried out through the following stages:
