Advt. No IMU/MPC/Recruit/C/2022 Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following post on a contract basis: 1. Post Name: Faculty (Radio Communication) 2. Essential Qualification: a) Valid COP (Second Class) and Valid GMDSS (GOC) issued by Wireless Planning & Co-ordination Wing, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communication, Government of India. b) Six months of Sea Service as Radio Officer within the meaning of STCW Convention, as amended. c) VICT / TOTA Course Certificate. 3. Desirable: Six months of teaching/training experience in GMDSS Course in MTIs in India 4. Responsibilities: Teaching / Training to candidates attending GMDSS Course
