Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications for the respective trades (minimum 50% marks for General/EWS; 45% for SC/PwBD):

• Trade Apprentice - Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant): 3-year B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry).
• Trade Apprentice (Fitter): Matriculation with ITI in Fitter Trade (minimum 2 years duration) - Pass class.
• Technician Apprentice (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation): 3-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering branch (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
• Trade Apprentice - Secretarial Assistant/Accountant: 3-year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com (Graduate).
• Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator (Fresher): Class XII (10+2) pass.
• Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator (Skill Holder): Class XII pass with a Skill Certificate in 'Domestic Data Entry Operator'.

2. Age Limit (As on 31-01-2026)

Cut-off Date for Age Proof: 31 January 2026. Age proof must be from the Class X/Matriculation certificate.

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years (for General/EWS)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC: 5 Years (Max 29 Years)
  • OBC (NCL): 3 Years (Max 27 Years)
  • PwBD: 10 Years (Max 34 Years)
  • PwBD-SC: 15 Years (Max 39 Years)
  • PwBD-OBC (NCL): 13 Years (Max 37 Years)

Selection Process

Recruitment Type: Direct Recruitment (Merit-Based). There is No Written Test or Online CBT.

1. Merit List: Selection is based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification (in descending order).
2. Preference: Candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time will be given preference.
3. Tie-Breaking:
   • In case of a tie in marks, the candidate with the earlier Date of Birth (senior by age) is preferred.
   • If the DOB is also the same, the percentage of marks in Matriculation will be considered.
4. Document Verification: Tentatively scheduled between 05 March 2026 and 10 March 2026.
5. Medical Fitness Test: Pre-engagement medical examination.
