A Walk-in Interview is going to be held for the engagement of IT Associate at Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad on 14.01.2022 purely on contract basis through Manpower Resource Outsourcing Services Providing Agency.
1. Name of the Post: IT Associate
2. Salary: Rs. 33,000/- (salary can be enhance d for the deserving candidate)
3. Place of Posting: Indian Pharmacopoe ia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad
4. Essential Qualification: B. Tech, BE, in Computer Science & Information Technology. Knowledge in C++, C, .net, HTML, PHP, My SQL, JAVA will be preferred.
5. Experience: Preferably two years working experience in the relevant field.
6. Job Description:
1. Supporting maintenance of IT infrastructure of IPC.
2. Maintenance/Manage user ID and password of the users of VIgiflow, VigiLyze, ADRMS, and Coordinate with NIC/CDAC for ongoing email/ server support.
3. XML E2B bridge applications handling with other IT tools for easy ADR reporting.
3. Handling and developing mobile applications for ADR reporting.
4. Maintenance of backup server for IPC NCC-PvPI.
5. Managing Efiling/E-minutes of all the meetings of PvPI etc.
6. Developing a tool for E-reporting.
7. Website updation and other IT related issues.
8. Coordinating with all division of PvPI to resolve IT related issues.
9. Preparing/ updating related SOPs.
10. Managing virtual meeting platforms e.g. Zoom, Webex, GoTo meet etc.
11. Support operationalization of digital process application e.g. LIMS. e-office etc.

The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It was established in the year 1945 with the aim of setting standards for all drugs that are manufactured, sold and consumed in India.
The IPC is responsible for publishing the Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP), which is the official book of standards for drugs included in the Indian Pharmacopoeia. The IP is updated regularly to ensure that the standards for drugs are up-to-date and in line with the latest scientific developments.
In addition to setting standards for drugs, the IPC also undertakes research and development activities in the field of drug standards, provides training and support to drug analysts and regulators, and collaborates with national and international organizations to promote the quality of drugs.
The IPC is committed to ensuring the safety, efficacy and quality of drugs in India and plays a key role in protecting public health.
