IRCTC Invites Application for Joint General Manager/ Deputy General Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager Recruitment 2022

VACANCY NOTICE No. 29/2021

1. Title & No. of Posts: Joint General Manager (E5)/Deputy General Manager (E4)/Manager (E3)/ Assistant Manager (E2) - Legal-01 Post.

2. Location: New Delhi (transferable as per business requirement)

3. Duration: Three years or till IRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.

4. Term of Appointment: Deputation

5. Service: Indian Railways/ Indian Railway PSUs/ Central Govt. Dept. & Ministries /CPSUs.

6. Job description: The officer is required to look after the work of legal department of IRCTC at Corporate Office, New Delhi. Note: Job/ Posting may be changed as per business requirement.

7. Qualification/ Experience: 

a) Degree in Law from recognised university.

b) At-least 03 (three) years of experience in Legal department of Indian Railways/ Indian Railway PSUs/Central Govt. Dept. & Ministries /CPSUs.

c) Officers working in Indian Railways as APO/DPO/ACM/DCM/Law Officer/Asstt. Law officer(CLA or equivalent grades are eligible to apply - OR - Officers working in equivalent grades in legal department of Indian Railway PSUs/Central Govt Dept. & Ministries /CPSUs are eligible to apply.

8. Perks & Benefits: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance as applicable and all other perks and allowances as applicable per IRCTC policy, Medical Allowance (outdoor)-7% of the basic pay if opted for medical facilities of IRCTC & reimbursement of medical expenses for hospitalization Uniform fitment allowance-7% of the basic pay. Lease/HRA at prescribed rate etc.

Selection Procedure

1. Selection will be Based on Deputation Basis.

2. As per the procedure advised by Ministry of Railways Letter No. 2017/ E (O) 11/41/5 dated 25.05.2017.
