ISI Kolkata Invites Application for 2 Project Linked Research Associate Recruitment 2021

1. Eligible and interested candidates are required to fill up the form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/lGhXZFu8yBlyGHiNoNAFiCqvaKVw-C_B66jaDDDv... and upload self attested copies of all documents/ testimonials/ photo identity with current resume, a research proposal (maximum two pages) in the aforesaid areas that the applicant would like to pursue, in case selected, and a covering letter addressed to the Deputy Director, Indian Statistical Institute latest by 21 January 2022.

2. The current resume (signed) requires to include:

(a) Namc (In block letters),

(b) Permanent/ Present Address,

(c) E-mail Address,

(d) Telephone/MobiIc No.,

(e) Parcnt's/Spouse's Name,

(f) Date of birth,

(g) Academic Qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in each examination starting from 10th class),

(h) Date of submission of the Ph.D. thesis and date of receipt of the degree,

(i) Reprints/ preprints of publications, 

(j) Experience and Publications with a 2-pages proposed research proposal in the aforesaid areas,

(k) Aadhar Card No.,

(l) SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled status.

3. At the time of joining, selected candidate has to produce all relevant documents/testimonials in original for verification and a medical certificate of fitness from the Medical Officer of the Institute. Failing this, the institute will offer the position to the next candidate in the merit list prepared for this purpose.

4. The shortlisted candidates would be asked to give a seminar followed by an interaction with the committee/ faculty. CVs with incomplete information or without supporting documents will be summarily rejected. All recruitment procedures will be carried out by maintaining all preventive measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 global pandemic as directed by the Government of India.
