1. Post Name: Principal

2. Qualification:  

a) Master's degree in Physical Education (M.P.E.d./M.P.E.) with 55% marks or its equivalent grade, i.e. B in the seven-point scale of letter grades as per UGC norms.

b) Ph.D. in the field of Physical Education.

c) Eight years teaching experience out of which five years' experience in an Institute/College/Department of Physical Education.

d) Any other stipulation prescribed by the UGC/Affiliating dy/State Govt. from time to time for the positions of Principal shall be mandatory.

3. Tenure: (i) A College Principal shall be appointed for a period of five years, extendable for another term of five years on the basis of performance assessment by a committee appointed by the University. (ii) Committee for Assessment of College Principal and Professor for Second Term shall have the following composition:
