Educational Qualification:
Scientist-E (Library Science): Candidates Should have Ph.D + 9 years experience OR M.Lib / M.LISc / Equivalent + 15 years experience.
Scientist-D (Computer Science): Candidates Should have Ph.D + 4 years experience OR ME + 6 years experience OR BE / MCA + 9 6 years experience.
Scientist-B (Library Science): Candidates Should have M.Lib / M.LISc / Equivalent + 1 years experience.
Senior Assistant/Office Assistant-II: Candidates Should have Bachelor Degree of a recognized university.
Assistant: Candidates Should have Bachelor Degree of a recognized university.
Pay Scale:
INR
Level-13/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.

Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre, Gandhinagar is an Autonomous Inter-University Centre (IUC) of University Grants Commission, New Delhi (Ministry of Education, Govt. of India). It is a major National Programme initiated by the UGC on 27th February 1991 as a project under the IUCAA, it became an independent Inter-University Centre on 16th May 1996. INFLIBNET is involved in modernizing university libraries in India using the state-of-art technologies for the optimum utilisation of information. INFLIBNET is set out to be a major player in promoting scholarly communication among academicians and researchers in India.
