IWAI invites application from Indian Nationals working in offices of Central/State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory or Autonomous bodies for filling up of one vacant post of Programmer cum Systems Analyst (PCSA) on deputation basis w.e.f. 01.07.2022, initially for a period of 03 years (shall not exceed 5 years) for posting at IWAI, Noida.

2. Consolidated Pay / Pay-Scale: Level 10 in the pay matrix (Pre-revised PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 GP Rs. 5400)

4. Eligibility Criteria : Officers under the Central / State Govt./ Statutory or Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertaking.
a. Holding analogous post on regular basis OR With 8 years regular service in the post of Assistant Programmer/EDP Assistant in Level- 6 of pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent and possessing the education qualification as follows:
b. Essential :
a. Master's Degree in statistics / mathematics / Computer Science / Information Technology/Physics/Economics with Statics/Commerce with Statics from a recognized University or equivalent.
b. Degree in Computer Science/IT from a recognised University.
c. Three year's experience in Data Programing and System Analysis on main frame and personal computers.
5. Desirable : (i) Course/Training in system Design & Analysis from a reputed institute. (ii) Knowledge of programming languages i.e., PHP, JAVA, Dot NET and C# and Knowledge of RHEL and CentOS are preferable.
