Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University or Institute
Experience: (i) Officers, who held posts in the grades of Section Officer or Under Secretary or equivalent under the Central Government prior to their retirement from service; or Officers who held equivalent posts under the State Governments prior to their retirement from service; and (ii) Possessing the following experience/expertise: · • Expertise in preparation of Agenda Notes for Board meetings, SFC/EFC/DIB/PIB Memoranda, Note for Cabinet and its Committees

IWAI undertakes projects for development and maintenance of Inland Waterway Terminal infrastructure on National Waterways. Inland Waterways Authority of India is the statutory authority in charge of the waterways in India. IWAI has its headquarters in Noida, UP. The authority builds the necessary infrastructure in waterways (rivers, canals, backwaters and creeks), surveys the economic feasibility of new projects and also looks after administration and regulation.
