Educational Qualification: (i) Ph.D. degree in Economics. (ii) Demonstrable track record of research and policy analysis in the areas of macroeconomics modeling, CGE modeling, resource economics, and related field. (iii) At least 2 very good publications in peer-reviewed economics/resource economics journals. (iv) A minimum of 3 years of experience after Ph.D.
