5. Job description : 

a)  Data entry of all Pro forma in Excel sheet.

b)  Assistance in typing work related to the project.

c) Assistance in implementation of all project operational activities.

d) Undertaking travel related to project.

e)  Assistance in submission of project utilization report.

f)  Assistance in preparing budgets and financial reports.

g) Assistance in timely dispatch of the reports.

h) Assistance in publications and presentations

i) Assistance in handling all project-related procurements as per the organizational norms

6. Qualification: 

Essential: Intermediate or 12th pass from recognized board.

A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer

7. Desirable: Candidates with knowledge of computer application, from science stream and having some work experience will be preferred

8. Remuneration: Rs 17,000/- (consolidated monthly remuneration)

Selection Procedure

1.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/interview/skill test in the Institute. The shortlisted candidates will be required to bring all their photocopies of degree/certificate/diploma/testimonials along with their printed application form.

2. No TA/DA will be provided
