Educational Qualification: Medical Officer; MD (Ayurveda) from a recognized University / Statutory State Board / Council, or Faculty of Indian Medicine or equivalent under Indian Central Council Act,1970 (48 of 1970). Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine
or State Register of Indian Medicine
Senior Research Fellow; Post Graduate (M.Sc) in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physiology, Biochemistry & Biotechnology or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution + 2 year research experience.
Senior Project Research Fellow: : 1 st class M.Sc in Nutrition / Food and Nutrition or other fields of Life Sciences, from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of
research experience.
Junior Research Fellow: Post Graduate in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
NET/GATE qualification or any national eligibility test is mandatory.

The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is a tertiary care, super-specialty hospital located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India. It was established in 2009 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The ILBS is a mono-superspeciality hospital, which means that it provides primarily liver and biliary care. This focus on a single organ system allows the institute to achieve a high degree of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and biliary diseases
The ILBS has a team of over 1000 doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The doctors are all highly qualified and experienced in liver and biliary diseases. They have received training in some of the best medical institutions in India and abroad.
The ILBS has a state-of-the-art infrastructure. It has a sanctioned capacity of 549 beds, out of which more than 300 are already operational, 4 operation theaters, a 24x7 emergency department, a blood bank, a pathology laboratory, and a radiology department. The hospital also has a dedicated research center.
