Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution OR B.Tech/B.E./B.Arch degree from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Arts from a reputed institute.
- Essential: Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Experience:Minimum 0-2 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in preparing and designing presentations (PPTs), reports, briefs, and other official documents using Adobe, CANVA, etc. Experience in content drafting, proofreading, and formatting in Hindi/English. Experience working in a Government/PSU/Autonomous Body is preferred.
Skills:Graphic design (Adobe, CANVA), content drafting, proofreading, formatting, MS Office proficiency.
Age Limit (as on the last date of application):Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation as per government rules.
Salary:
₹46,000 per month (without EPF).
Selection Procedure: Document Scrutiny followed by an Interview/Interaction. A skill test/written test may also be conducted.

Key Instructions for Candidates
- OTR Fee: A one-time registration fee of ₹590 is mandatory to apply for any job through ICSIL. This fee is non-refundable.
- Profile Completion: Ensure your profile on the ICSIL website is complete and matches the eligibility criteria for the post.
- Document Verification: Original documents for DOB, Qualification, and Experience must be produced on the date of document verification/interaction.
- Security Deposit: 15 days' salary will be deducted from the selected candidate as security (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month). This is refundable with interest upon obtaining a No Dues Certificate and completing contractual liabilities.
- Resignation Notice: Candidates must inform 90 days in advance in writing if they resign.
- Minimum Service Period: Candidates should be willing to work with the department for at least one year.
- No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance is admissible for attending the interview.
- Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will disqualify the candidate.
- Deployment: The place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR, and may involve shift/rotational work.
