Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in agricultural sciences, MSW with experience in crop demonstrations participatory farmer selections, and field trials management with at least two years of experience. Demonstrate capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Proficiency in English and Oriya (written and spoken) is preferable. Perform other duties as requested by the Project Investigator/State coordinator of the project. Willingness to work in an extremely challenging environment of the Tribal region of Odisha.
