Educational Qualification: Diploma in bakery and confectionery or at least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar field · Experience in handling food and Services operations. Should have excellent knowledge in baking all kinds of bakery products including millet-based products. The candidate should possess good manners and should be soft-spoken. Good listening skills and Should be able to handle difficult clients in a professional way. Should be able to serve large groups.
