Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Nationality: Candidates must be native residents of Chhattisgarh with a valid domicile certificate.

• Nursing Officer (NHM) / Staff Nurse (SNCU/NBSU/NRC) / Nursing Officer (UHWC): B.Sc Nursing or GNM course with passed and live registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
• Laboratory Technician (NHM/BPHU): DMLT / BMLT / Pathology paramedical course and mandatory registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
• OT Technician (LaQsya FRUS): 10+2 Science (PCB) or OT Technician paramedical course with live registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
• Physiotherapist (NHM): Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with live registration in CG Council.
• Dental Surgeon (NOHP): MDS or BDS with registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council (compulsory).
• RMA: Practitioner in Modern and Holistic Medicine (PMHM) course passed with registration through Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
• MO-AYUSH (RBSK): BHMS / BAMS / BUMS degree with registration from a Government of India recognized Ayush / Homeo / Unani Registration Board.
• ANM (RBSK): 12th Passed, ANM from INC affiliated Training Center with live registration in CG Nursing Registration Council.
• Pharmacist (RBSK): Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy with registration in CG Pharmacy Registration Council.
• Community Health Officer (HWC): B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Certificate in Community Health Integrated Course with live registration in CG Nursing Registration Council.
• Feeding Demonstrator: B.Sc Home Science.
• Counsellor (NHM): PG Degree / Diploma in Psychology, Counselling, Health Education, Mass Communication, or Social Science.
• Radiographer: 10+2 with Science subjects, 2-year X-ray Technician / Radiographer paramedical course from Chhattisgarh Government recognized institute, live registration in Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council.
• MPW Male – UHWC (15th Finance): 10+2 with Biology, one year Diploma in Multipurpose Worker Training from State Government recognized training center with CG Paramedical Council registration.
• Block Account Manager (NHM): B.Com (minimum 55%) + 1 Year Computer Diploma (PGDCA), knowledge of Tally.
• Block Manager Data: Graduate (55%) & PGDCA or BCA (55%).
• Block Supervisor – VBD (NHM): Graduate from Biology stream; OR Graduate with Science subjects in 11th & 12th (if desired qualification candidate is unavailable).
• Jr. Secretarial Assistant (BLOCK / PADA / UHWC): 12th Passed with at least 1-year Computer Application diploma.
• Class IV – UHWC: 10th Passed.
• Attendant (NRC) / Cook Cum Care Taker (NRC) / Cleaner (SNCU): 8th Passed.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates will be evaluated based on educational qualification marks (percentage of marks obtained).
• Skill Test / Written Exam / Interview will be conducted as applicable for each post.
• Work experience will be awarded additional points — experience counted only for work done in government, semi-government, or state-funded institutions under NHM schemes.
• Document verification of all submitted certificates will be performed at the time of final selection.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending any test, interview, or verification stage.
