Educational Qualification: Senior Financial Advisor:i. Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR ii. With 5 years’ regular service in the Pay Matrix Senior Accounts Officer: i. Graduate in Commerce or Graduate in Economics (with Accounts and Audit as major subjects) + should have passed the SAS exam
