Educational Qualification:
Senior Research Fellow:
1. MBBS / BDS degree holders Or
2. M.Sc. Epidemiology or Clinical Research with Two years of research experience Or
3. M.Sc. (Life Sciences/Toxicology) with Two years of research experience Or
4. Master Of Public Health (MPH) with Two years of research experience.
Project Technician-II: 10th Standard and Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in Emergency Medical Technician from a government institution or a recognized institution.
Data Entry Operator Grade-B: Intermediate or 12"pass in science stream from recognized board with DOEACC ‘A' level from a recognized institute and/ or 2 years' experience in EDP work in Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognised organizations.

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) can trace its origins to the ‘Ecole de Medicine de Pondicherry’ established by the French Government in 1823. In 1956 foundation for new medical college was laid and in 1964, hospital was inaugurated. JIPMER became an institution of national importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India in the year 2008. It is an institution established for teaching, research and patient care in the area of health. JIPMER spreads over 192 acres. The institution houses one administrative block, one academic centre, one nursing college, seven hospital blocks, seven accessory services buildings and four residential complexes. 12 broad types of medical, nursing and allied health science courses covering all disciplines in healthcare from basic to super speciality training are conducted.
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) is a medical school located in Pondicherry. JIPMER imparts undergraduate and postgraduate medical training & has a working hospital which provides inexpensive medical care to patients.
