Eligibility for Project Associate II

• Essential: Master's degree in Clinical Research/Allied Health-sciences/Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in managing clinical research projects OR Ph.D. in Clinical Research/Allied Health Sciences biotechnology or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years experience in managing clinical research projects (for Bachelor's degree holders).
• Desirable:
  • Clinical Research experience gained in the field of Oncology subject recruitment in trials
  • GCP Training
  • Skills in handling Microsoft office emails, web conferencing & other internet band tools
  • Redcap database management

Selection Process

The selection process includes a Written Test and an Interview. The written test will cover basic knowledge of cancer, clinical research, GCP, patient care-related skills, consenting process, and drug storage. The interview will assess the ability to interact and respond to situations in clinical research and patient management.
