Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Project Associate II
- Essential: Master's degree in Clinical Research/Allied Health-sciences/Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in managing clinical research projects OR Ph.D. in Clinical Research/Allied Health Sciences biotechnology or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years experience in managing clinical research projects (for Bachelor's degree holders).
- Desirable:
- Clinical Research experience gained in the field of Oncology subject recruitment in trials
- GCP Training
- Skills in handling Microsoft office emails, web conferencing & other internet band tools
- Redcap database management

Selection Process
The selection process includes a Written Test and an Interview. The written test will cover basic knowledge of cancer, clinical research, GCP, patient care-related skills, consenting process, and drug storage. The interview will assess the ability to interact and respond to situations in clinical research and patient management.

Candidates are required to bring the filled application form (attached to the notification), CV, and supporting documents.
