Karnataka Bank Invites Application for Manager Recruitment 2022

Karnataka Bank, a leading technologically advanced Private Sector Bank with a pan-India footprint, offers exciting opportunities for dynamic individuals to join its highly competent workforce as Manager’s (Scale-II) Chartered Accountants to be positioned at its Branches/Offices located across India.

1. Name of the Post: Manager’s (Scale-II)

2. Eligibility: Qualified Chartered Accountants. [Should be a Chartered Accountant as on 01-12-2021.]

3. Appointment and Emoluments: Selected candidates will have to undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme’ (for one week) at Bank’s Staff Training College, Mangaluru at their own cost. On successful completion of the said training programme, they will be posted to any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank. They will be on probation for a period of one year and on satisfactory completion of the probationary period, will be confirmed, subject to rules and regulations of the Bank. Salary will be as per All India Level Settlements (Current CTC will be around 1,00,500/- per month.)

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria and will be called for the interview tentatively scheduled during the month of February 2022, Online or at Bank’s Head Office, Mangaluru. No allowances/reimbursement will be payable/made for attending the interview. Selected candidates should execute a Bond to work for a minimum period of three years failing which they are required to pay the liquidated damages as may be prescribed in the appointment offer.
