Educational Qualification: Should be a Graduate and a Qualified Company Secretary holding valid Membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualifications in law/accountancy/management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience as Assistant Company Secretary/ Company Secretary in the BFSI sector (experience in banking sector is preferred).
