Educational Qualification:
Deputy Manager (Tech): Engineering Graduation (with 60% and above marks for General Merit and Backward Class & 55% and above for SC/ST candidates) in the branch of Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical / Information Science / E&C Technology from any recognized University in India with two (02) years experience in a responsible position in a reputed Company which is registered with the Registrar of Companies including LLPs. With Hands-on experience in using personal computers covering Windows, Spreadsheet, Word Processor,s and Database.
Deputy Manager (Legal): Graduates in Law (with 60% and above marks for General Merit and Backward Class & 55% and above for SC/ST candidates) from any recognized University in India with two (02) years experience as a practicing advocate/ in a financial institution/ Banks/ reputed Company which is registered with the Registrar of Companies including LLPs. With Hands-on experience in using personal computers covering Windows, Spreadsheet, Word Processors and Database.
Deputy Manager (F&A): ACA/ ICWA/ MBA or M.Com (with 60% and above marks for General Merit and Backward Class & 55% and above for SC/ST candidates) with 02 years experience in development banking/ reputed financial institutions/ commercial banks/ any reputed Company which is registered with the Registrar of Companies including LLPs. CFA / PGDMA from IIMs with a minimum of two (02) years experience in any. With Hands-on experience in using personal computers covering Windows, Spreadsheet, Word Processor, Database, and computerized accounting systems.
Pay Scale:
INR
52650-97100/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

i. Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) in respect of candidates belonging to the SC/ST Category.

Karnataka State Financial Corporation (KSFC) is a State level Financial Institution established by the State Government in the year 1959 under the State Financial Corporations Act 1951 to cater to the long-term and short-term financial needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the State of Karnataka.
KSFC began by sanctioning Rs.28 lakhs to 11 projects in the year 1959, its first year of operation. In the last 61 years of existence, KSFC has contributed most significantly to the growth of SSIs, the development of backward areas, and the promotion of first-generation entrepreneurs. KSFC has assisted more than 1,74,000 units with cumulative sanctions of over Rs.17,880 crore out of which more than 50% is towards SSIs indicating the major role in the industrial development of the state. Global giants like INFOSYS, BIOCON, MTR Foods, BPL India Limited, Sansera Engineering, Reva Electric Cars, 24/7Customers.com, Ace Designers Ltd, and many others started their ventures with the assistance of KSFC when they were start-ups.
