Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of one Project Fellow for the project KFRI/PG RP 816/2021 entitled “Establishment and Maintenance of the Centre for Citizen Science and Biodiversity Informatics".

3. Project and title: “Establishment and Maintenance of the Centre for Citizen Science and Biodiversity Informatics"
4. Duration: Up to 26 January 2024
5. Essential qualification:
a) First Class M.Sc. in Wildlife Biology/Zoology or M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Life Science
b) Experience in field data collection on wildlife Environmental/Nature Education
6. Desirable qualification:
Knowledge of wildlife and vegetation, experience in working, assisting in planning, organizing and coordinating citizen science or environmental outreach programs. Experience working with, managing and training volunteers. Proven organizational skills, written and oral communication skills. Ability to work productively in a collaborative and team environment,ability to work occasional weekends and evenings for program related events and meetings.
7. Fellowship : Rs.22,000/- per month

Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI) was established in 1975, in Thrissur, Kerala. KFRI became a part of the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) in 2002.
